Our Story

From Bedtime Story to Book

On January 1, 2021, Quinn, Parker and Eric began discussing a bedtime story -- capturing ideas, thoughts, adventures, characters, and challenges to turn into a real story.  And from there, night after night the three of us began telling the story.  We'd later learn this process was exactly how JRR Tolkien created The Lord of the Rings and how Rick Riordan created Percy Jackson.  After six weeks, we'd captured dozens and dozens of small pieces that would form the foundation for the Pennymores. And from there we began iterating on the story, working with editors, collaborating with our publisher, and in April 2022 sharing the book with the world.
